Who Would Play In ‘Game of Thrones: The Musical’?

Author: Kevin Klein

Game Of Thrones doesn’t suck. And, like most popular things these days, it’s only a matter of time before Game of Thrones goes from Kings Landing to Broadway.

So, before some musical theater major ruins GOT for us all, here’s Game Of Thrones with actual LIVE 105 artists in the starring roles.

Now who said musicals were lame?

Jamie Lannister played by Kurt Cobain: They have a striking similarity to each other, and even though one of them is dead (#SpoilerAlert), this would be a role worthy of an encore.

Sansa Stark played by Florence (and the Machine): These fiery red-heads look delicate on the outside, but contain great power within, but it’s pretty much just for the red hair and vintage dresses.

The Wildlings played by Of Monsters and Men: A large group of bearded outsiders invading new lands…also it’s no coincidence that The Wildlings are from the arctic cold north of the wall and Monsters is from Iceland?!?!

Khal Drogo played by Dave Navarro: Assuming we can get our hands on enough eyeliner and steroids, Navarro would make a great Drogo.

Samwell Tarly played by Jack Black: Enough said.

Jon Snow played by Jack White or Lorde: Fair skin, quiet confidence, and bushy hair. Also, Jon Snow is well on his way to becoming a Lorde himself.

Daenerys Targaryen played by Gwen Stefani: The Mother of Dragons played by the Mother of Kingston, Zuma Nesta Rock, and Apollo Bowie Flynn.

Varys played by Billy Corgan: One of them is a eunuch (he has no balls), and the other one is….

Arya Stark played by Billy Joe Armstrong: This is a return to Broadway for Billy Joe in a part he was born to play.

Petyr “Littlefinger” Baelish played by Marcus Mumford: Both hipsters have inquisitive eyes and an equally inquisitive mustaches. Also, both strum a pretty mean Banjo.
